NLP Dorset Forum
NLP Dorset Forum is a group for practitioners, students and those who have at some time attended an NLP training course with Brian Morton, either through the Department of Psychological Therapies, Dorset Health Care Trust or through Bournemouth Adult Learning.
If you are interested in discovering and developing practical ways to enhance your knowledge and training in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in order to make a positive difference, then please do join us.
This Group has been formed to:
Foster a sense of community amongst those interested in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Provide an opportunity to work with each other and to receive feedback on our NLP strengths and weaknesses through the observation of meta-persons.
Improve and develop our NLP presentation and personal skills and to achieve a higher level of competence in what we do.
Learn new ways of integrating NLP into what we do and to explore new avenues as to where and how we can apply our Neuro Linguistic Programming skills.
New insights and knowledge will be gained from each other and from guest presenters.
Learn basic “practice building” techniques and to share with each other what is working for us and what we find isn't working.
Form cohesive alliances with each other and activate “working groups” whose goal is to investigate organisations and situations where we can apply our NLP skills.
The first meeting took place at The Training Centre, Dorset Health Care Trust, Shelly Road, Boscombe, Bournemouth on the 23rd February 2006. There have been 10 meetings and a summer conference each year.
Meetings take place on the last Thursday of the month, with the exception of July, August, December. Check at www.nlpdorset.co.uk for specific details, topics, speakers and other events.
